Catchin’ Waves

 Hi Billybob,

I was wondering what was wrong with the Catchin’ Waves game. Its my favorite
way to get tons of coins, but lately, I noticed whenever I finish playing or
lose all my board, the blue bar that gives me my coins doesn’t finish loading,
making me have to log in again andlosing all the coins I earned. I was
wondering if it was my penguin or other people had been expieriencing the same
problem. Other than that, the other games work fine.

Hello,

Thanks for letting us know.  There appears to be an issue with the older
versions of Internet Explorer not working properly with our recent update. We
are quickly trying to remedy this problem on our end, but until we can, please
try one of the following two options.  If you aren\’t very familiar with
computers, you may want to have someone help you.

First, you can upgrade your version of Internet Explorer by visiting the
following link:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/ie/default.mspx

If this does not work for you, you can download the Firefox web browser from
Mozilla.  We have found that Club Penguin typically runs best with Firefox.
You can download it from their home page at:

www.mozilla.com

Please note that if you change your web browser from Internet Explorer to
Firefox you may need to reinstall your flash player.

We really appreciate your patience as we get this sorted out.  Thanks again for
